Chelsea Soden

Chelsea Soden is an entrepreneur native to California. She found herself doing business development for companies in various industries. With her direct approach and creative thinking, she has been able to help a lot of different companies thrive and monetize their businesses. After spending several years in the Healthcare industry, starting her own Medical Billing company seemed like the next best way to continue helping businesses in the industry succeed. She has studied reimbursement trends with all insurances, countless AR’s, and coding in order to provide excellent revenue cycle management. Chelsea and her partner Janet worked alongside each other for two years before creating Innovative Billing Solutions together.

Janet Geoffroy

Janet Geoffroy has over twelve years of experience as a medical biller, with a primary focus on substance abuse and mental health. She has always lead and managed a team to successfully bill and collect on several accounts, and personally works our accounts at IBS. Janet specializes in revenue cycle management on a large scale, and has personally lead teams at big healthcare companies and hospitals to organize and collect hundreds of millions of dollars. Janet has a passion for billing and collecting, and helping companies collect more than they did previously with her knowledge and work ethic.
